“ To sum it up in one word - refreshing! I’m honestly not a typical fan of Mediterranean cuisine, but wow this place was great. The food wasn’t only fresh, but it was refreshing - every bite was the perfect mix of cool, sweet, tangy and smooth. We built our own bowls with super greens, honey harissa chicken, cucumber, corn, avocado and more. The pita chips were fantastic and we loved several of their dressings - especially the lemon herb. One thing worth noting - they have what seems to be their own brand of soda and other beverage rather than Coca Cola or Pepsi, but all that we tried tasted great! ”

“ Cava is a great spot for a quicker Mediterranean meal. It’s hard to go wrong with one of the bowls no matter which base or protein you choose. My go to is Half rice, half lentils with Harissa chicken but the super green, grilled chicken, lamb and falafel were all good options as well. ”
